Using every agency at his disposal, Train was quickly able to track down David Ash's address. He immediately boarded a helicopter with six elite Shadow Ops soldiers and they flew to David's residence in Texas. When it became readily clear that David was not at home, Train got in touch with several agency heads and ordered them to issue an all out search to be coordinated with local law enforcement. A powerful NSA agent, Train gave specific instructions that David was to be located only; he insisted that no one was to apprehend him, or make it obvious that he was a target in any way. After a short while, Train received a two-way radio dispatch that David was spotted, by means of binoculars, on a beach, which was a few miles from their location. Traveling with his Shadow Ops team by jeep, they approached within slightly less than a half mile of David, and Train decided that they should proceed quietly by foot.

Train: Alright, there he is!. Let's take this by foot the rest of the way. We want to be extremely quiet and take him by surprise. It's not known what kind of powers he has, or what the Kivon is capable of. Have your tranquilizer darts ready, and be prepared to subdue him if necessary. Whatever you do, don't kill him. I have specific instructions to take him alive. We don't need an incident. Let's run quietly towards him. Move out!

Train and his six member team begin to run rapidly in David's direction. Though the sand is proving somewhat difficult to run in, it does make for quiet footsteps.
